2.2 The main technical performance of the whole machine is: a) The input power is 380V (three-phase), 50Hz. 2.3 The base plate is 485mm long and 205mm wide, made of 2mm galvanized sheet.
2.4 The worm gear is divided into two parts: the volute and the impeller, and the impeller can be divided into two forms: left and right.
The snail shell is 160mm long and 205mm wide, processed from galvanized sheet metal.
2.6 The impeller is made of 36 multi blade circular arc blades and a middle plate tightly pressed together. It is made of high-quality steel plate and has undergone dynamic and static balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation with low noise.
2.7 The motor is a typical three-phase AC asynchronous motor with a power of 180W and 50Hz
2.8 The motor base and end cover are made of aluminum alloy castings, and an additional sealing ring is added to the end cover for waterproofing. A vibration isolation pad is installed between the base foot and the bottom plate to reduce vibration.
3. Operation, use, and daily maintenance:
Before starting up, check whether all components are normal and whether the installation is correct and firm.
3.2 Press the start button to start the fan, pay attention to checking the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and ensure that the air volume at the outlet reaches the rated value.
3.3 Check and clean the fan bearings and lubricate them every three months. Before stopping use for a long period of time, it should be maintained once and packaged for later use.
